Translated, does this mean, "Hikaru, if you see Freaky Friday, watch the original!"?
Pretty much. :-D Disney Channel did a Freaky Friday remake a long time ago, too, and that one is also better than the Lohan one. I think one of the girls from Now and Then was in it.
Wish Upon A Star? One was a popular girlie girl sister and the other was a tomboy grudge nerd?
No, it was Freaky Friday! The daughter was on her school's swimming and diving team and the mother was afraid of heights and had to do a big dive for her towards the ending. This was probably close to 10 years ago now.

I've technically had one every year, but my mom decided I should just get milestone books
We have 1-12, but 13 if you got to kindergarden. Then there's years of college and grad school

wow you have stuff like freshman year!
That only exsists for me on the sims (I thought the sims made it up) and confused me for a while, here in uni it's just 1st year 2nd year and 3rd year: school is just year 1-13.
And those year books sound wiked, we have nothing that cool.

I have three yearbooks: Kindergarden, 8th grade and 12th grade. I have yet to look at any of them past graduating from those grades. I hate the past

Oh right. We sort of get something like that, the end of year magazine which everyone gets in the post but we only have class photos and they're quite small.

Zendora, you mean to say the UK doesn't have yearbooks?
They're fun to have. But I hate looking back in my 8th grade yearbook. And then freshman year I made sure I was in a lot of clubs and events just so I could have a lot of pictures. I would even jump in front of the camera while the yearbook staff tried to take pictures of other things.
It always manages to rain when we need to take pictures though. Always!

Very funny, I meant what is a yearbook? What's in it? You hear about these things over here but...
Oh, my appologies.
A yearbook is a book you get every year at school. It displays photos of each individual student, as well as some candid shots of school-related activities. Their purpose is so that you can purchase them in high school, then go back yten years later and laugh at how dorky you might've looked.

But I was extremely pissed when I got my senior year yearbook. They switched our pictures, and even back then we weren't mirror images, because her hair was shorter.

OK that is very cool but what is a senior year yearbook?

You know, I haven't even seen that one. I've just read the book. I know Disney did a original channel movie from it called "Wish Upon A Star" that I also loved, but it was two sisters switching and not a mom and daughter. But this new one made me want to barf
