These are the types of questions people will forever ask, regardless of the fandom. Still, I will use my imagination to answer the questions.
There are several moments, that look a little strange from the point of view of the logic. And it concerns not only Jas. For example, in the "Forget Me Lots" she smells a rose and loses all of her memories. But it's not a simple amnesia, because, I don't get why, she forgets that doing and feeling evil contradicts her nature almost at the genetic level. She could lose memory, but still be nice. Oh, and her tiger - how come that he forgets everybody EXCEPT the princess? Then,
I think regarding that rose... it seems as though it had another side effect. Did you notice how its victims were so quick to believe what everybody said? Jasmine believed that she didn't like Aladdin and that she was evil. That guard believed he was a sand merchant, and at the end Abis Mal and Harud were so quick to believe that they were the royal pet attendents.
Next. I noticed that everybody there sleeps clothed (or these are such fashionable pajamas?). The sultan even doesn't take off his turban. Ok, maybe the nights are cold, i forget about it.
The artists are too cheap to design PJs? Or, if we're pretending these are real people, then yeah. Fashionable pajamas.
And the last moment(s). Concerning Abis Mal and Mozenrath. How do they manage to survive after all those, it seemed, complete defeats (and stay healthy like nothing had happened)? It is not normal. Who released Mozy from the Black Sand or the cristal Ix? Maybe I ask too much from the animated movie. Strange things always happen there, and there is no logic at all.
There are heaps of theories concerning "Whatever happened to _____" so I won't list them. Rather, I'll let you decide. Keep in mind also, Iago and Abu showed up after the battle at Dagger Rock. Xerxes will do anything for his master. And for whatever reason, Harud sticks by Abis Mal. So, it's not like the villains can't come back for more. ~Hikaru
I just had a thought - given how the blue rose was guarded by monks, perhaps it was created by someone who used it to brainwash innocent people into joining his cult!

That's what the rose *wants* you to think. But the leader of the cult is the greatest, kindest, best leader ever. And you are getting sleepy...veeery sleepy.

I think the reason children can give 'sense' to anything is because... they don't. They skip over key details completely - there is no sense; they don't need it.

Well, I certainly can't argue with that logic...

oh, I've got a new inscription! *clap hands*
Kidding. That's the least I care about.

I love this point. Most likely this is it.

I thought about this: cartoons do have logic, but a very special one, which just can be comprehended by the children who have more imagination than adults (unless they are still kids in their souls), but will look twisted to those adults. Children can explain everything (at least I know some that can).

Yes, it does seem that the Blue Rose of Forgetfulness makes a person extremely impressionable. Of course,
anyone
who loses his/her memory in a cartoon always becomes about as impressionable as a mudpie.
Yes, deserts do often get cold at night. The same conditions that let the heat in during the day let it out just as quickly come nightfall, so you can end up with some pretty radical extremes.

And the last moment(s). Concerning Abis Mal and Mozenrath. How do they manage to survive after all those, it seemed, complete defeats (and stay healthy like nothing had happened)? It is not normal. The Blue Rose incident is another sighting of the cliche where, if someone loses their memory, he/she can go good/evil at the drop of a hat. It's ridiculous, I agree.
As for Jasmine's taste when it came to dressing up Aladdin... it's very possible that while she has a pretty good sense of
female
fashion, her sense of male fashion is slightly askew. It's not difficult, really - I've seen people who can dress the ladies up quite nicely get absolutely absurd when it comes to male clothing.

Oh, and her tiger - how come that he forgets everybody EXCEPT the princess? Then, in "Strike up the Sand" she shows the lack of taste. But her sense of taste seems to be ok while she dresses herself. So, tasteful or tasteless? Next. I noticed that everybody there sleeps clothed (or these are such fashionable pajamas?). The sultan even doesn't take off his turban.
