yes. yes I am as well curious on who are they going to cast the Prince. |
Well, it's the same producer as PotC, but I haven't heard anything about Ted and Terry are writing it... |
I believe I read that the writer of the original game (who was heavily involved with plotting and writing SoT as well) is co-writing the movie. Can't remember who with though.
Really looking forward to this film. If done right it could be fantastic! |

I tried playing the first game, but shortly gave up when I discovered that the prince's jumping capability was on par with a real human and not a proper video game character. |

I never played SoT, but I love the Sega CD version of the original game. |

Who cares? They always turn out evil in the end anyway! |

I was thinking of the quote from Sourcery, myself. |
Which one? There are quite a few good lines about viziers in that one.

It makes you wonder why people hire viziers in the first place, doesn't it? |
Well, maybe they don't start out evil. It all comes down to one question, are they evil because they're grand viziers or are they grand viziers because they're evil? |

It does tend to make you wonder why people hire viziers in the first place, doesn't it? |

I'm familiar with the original game and the latest remakes. The vizier was the main baddie in the first game (and I think some of the orignal sequels), pretty classic MO. A little more dangerous in what I've played in the first of the latest trilogy; tricking the Prince into releasing the sands of time, turning everyone in it into sand zombies, etc. I wish I could say more, but I have yet to finish the games.
Still, over all those games, they should have some good source materials. |

I haven't played the game, but I might see this anyway...specially if I find out there's an evil vizier in it. What? Why are you looking at me like that? |
There's always an evil vizier.
I've never played any of those games, but it looks interesting. I'm glad Disney's not afraid of making movies about the Middle East again. |
