Also, there might have been some kind of employee agreement that he signed that he violated by bringing the gun. Last but not least, they know the gun was there because they *saw* it; it sounds like the guy with the porn wasn't caught with it at work, so Disney has no idea whether or not the allegations are true. WHY you'd have an unloaded gun in your car to begin with is beyond me (what are you gonna do?
