Post subject: Phineas and Ferb 10th Anniversary!
10 years ago, Phineas & Ferb premiered, and gave Disney one of their best animated series in ages. The show is credited for putting Disney back into the spotlight with these animated shows. On the surface, it looked like something that would only appeal to younger children, but those that dug deeper/looked more into it/etc would discover that it was greater than they anticipated. Many of the characters were fun and funny, the humor was on par with Animaniacs, it had some great old pop culture references that one wouldn't expect, those hilarious confrontations between Perry The Platypus and Dr. Doofenshmirtz, it was just so much fun and brilliantly crafted. I rank it alongside the TDA shows like DuckTales, Darkwing Duck, Aladdin, Rescue Rangers, Goof Troop, etc. That's how good it was.
