Hmm... point.

...Still irritates me, though.

Here in Canada it is not easy to legally get a gun, though I myself can obtain a license. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gun_politics_in_Canada

And for the porn... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_pornography_laws_by_country#Canada

The second amendment only applies to what the government can do; if I decide I don't want people bringing guns only my property then that's my business. Also, there might have been some kind of employee agreement that he signed that he violated by bringing the gun. Last but not least, they know the gun was there because they *saw* it; it sounds like the guy with the porn wasn't caught with it at work, so Disney has no idea whether or not the allegations are true. If he's proven guilty then I'm sure he will be fired...

The fact that this is being reported by the NRA does not really lead me to think this is unbiased, not to mention that there's no information about the guy fired for having the gun at all.

I can think of loads of things you might be doing with an unloaded gun in the back of your car, none of which have anything to do with attacking anyone.

Well, a gun can do more damage than kiddie porn Laughing. WHY you'd have an unloaded gun in your car to begin with is beyond me (what are you gonna do? Throw the gun at someone attacking you? Laughing), but I do think that's kinda messed up, although I kinda see where they're going with it, even breaking the second amendment and all.

And it said he was arrested on charges of it back in September...was he actually found guilty of it or has anyone else heard anything else on it?

Nice. Having an UNLOADED firearm safely locked away in your vehicle sitting in the parking lot will get you INSTANTLY FIRED, but having child pornography will only get you stuck with unpaid leave until the FBI get it sorted out.

That is so screwed up.
