Not for sale that I've heard of. Obviously they had to print some up for the orchestra. |

No, I mean, have they published sheet music for the scores or something? |

but is the music for the instrumental scores open to the public? |
Is it legal to re-write it an post it on the internet? Probably not, but I really doubt Disney would press charges for that. |

The best program for putting music onto the computer, that I know of, is Finale, which costs a bundle...but fear not!!! I don't remember the exact site (I think it's just finale.com...google finale music or finale notepad to be sure), but at the site, you can download a free version called Finale Notepad. It's a lot more limited in what you can do, but if you're just putting music onto the staff, it'll work! |

No, I'm saying I figured out the music (chords, melody, the whole shabang) to it and wrote it down onto piano paper.
Are you saying "To Be Free" has words? There aren't any on the sound track. I mean, I know Genie talks about wanting to be free, but actual lyrics? |
Yes Meesh, there are lyrics to "To Be Free".. When I watched the Aladdin Musical. i thought that it was a deleted song from the movie. But it isn't...
It was a Princess Jasmine song in the play. You know it fitted with the whole theme of being free.
Aladdin wanted to be free from poverty..
Jasmine wanted to be free from being force to marry
Genie wanted to be free from the lamp etc etc..
Do you want to know the lyrics to it? It's on the "Aladdin Musical Spectacular" soundtrack. |

I know of Sibelius, but its cheapest program is a hundred bucks. |
That's probably the one I was thinking of... |
