Why don't you guys just look up some baklava recipes? They're only all over the Internet... oh, and you'll need a phyllo sheet recipe, too. Which you can also find on the Internet.

I'm sure if you made sure whatever you put in your baklava could be aquired in the Mediterranean/Middle East, then it would be authentic.
