Hmm, I'm indifferent about either one. I like them both, but they aren't my favorites either.

I guess Power to the Parrot because Iago with Genie's powers is funny.

That's from that episode, but that's not how he looks all of the time - he morphed for a second into that to say he's "ULTRA IAGO" and show off.
