Oh, that's true. I was just wondering.
I just like the idea of having Jafar be there for a very long time, perhaps even being associated to Sultan's father (not necessicarily as Grand Vizier, but just an advisor of sorts). |
Exactly, it's all in how the viewer pictures it... and some of it may go into appearances. Maybe Jafar was an apprentice... and maybe Jafar wasn't always evil. Who knows... who cares... it doesn't matter because, let's face it, he's dead... and not coming back.

I've got the sultan younger than Jafar just because I'd think he'd want advice from someone a little older and more experienced in the upper levels of sultan..dom, lol.
Bu the sultan was born into a royal family, so I'd think he'd know something...but he's not the brightest crayon in the box to begin with  |

Yeah, him and his 16th thousand birthday party . That's why I said about 40,00 just because he's at least 26,000 with the 16 and the 10 in was in the lamp. |

Well, Jafar looks pretty old... And anorexic. However, aside his bald head, his beard is pretty black - not gray. Maybe he dyes....
Oh well, I'd say 50's.
And I HOPE the Sultan is at least 50. If not, he and his wife waited a loooonnnggg time to get busy... But I dun think that's the case.
