Last week's winners were:
Dune Quixote
Opposites Detract
Caught by the Tale
Smolder and Wiser - Aladdin's efforts to stop Abis Mal from using a fiery ifrit* against Agrabah are made harder when he is struck by a spell that makes him clumsy.
The Game - Two wizards use Aladdin and his friends as pawns in a deadly game.
*The episode guide says "imp", but then I'm just imagining Nefir instead of Magma. |

Smolder and Wiser. I told myself I wouldn't watch "The Game" for at least a year because it was on so much.
Abis Mal and the curse of clumsiness is hilarious. "Where did you get that curse of clumsiness, Haroud? Have you been dipping in the petty cash again?" |

Genie, fed up with always losing to carpet says he'd do anything to win a game. These two game playing wizards show up and have everyone play these deadly games that no matter what happens, someone gets killed.
In one game, Abu and Iago were being suspended over a volcano that was filling up with lava. The team who reached their animal first won, but the other would boil over. Genie eventually tricked them into saying that the new rule of the game (because they were making them up as they go) was the wizards were the only ones who can play the games because they had actually never played any games themselves-just dictated them. Then Genie introduced them to the video game They were transported back to Agrabah and...the end. |

Hmmm, Smolder and Wiser is a nice episode, the clumsy spell is really funny and all, but... I'll take The Game. It's not one of the annoying Genie episodes (sorry AG and Husse ), it's rather exciting, and Iago being trapped in that cage over the volcano is just... thirrling. I swear, I thought Aladdin would try to save Abu instead of Iago! _________________

And of course there's the risk of pissing off the wizards and them killing everyone. |

You think he also tried to save Iago to avoid pissing off the wizards? _________________

Well, if there's one thing we learned from "The Game," it's this...when in doubt, rip out the Playstation. _________________ You can never have too much Baklava.

Yeah, you're right, that's 10x better. I just didn't say that cause most people have a PS2 and I didn't EXACTLY want to wear my -tendo fandom on my sleeve! _________________ You can never have too much Baklava.
