When Saluk said that they had nothing to show for their trouble in Agrabah, I just remembered everything they took from the guests. Wouldn't that be something? I mean, they even took an old man's moustache, a lady's purse, etc. So, they did have SOMETHING to show, didn't they?

I've been wondering about that myself since I watched the movie for the second time - which was the first time in years.

Wow, you deserve a reward if you can go years without watching the movie. I can't go a week. I suffer from severe Aladdin withdrawal. Embarassed

Actually, as it was, the first time I saw it was at a relative's house. The second time was when we got it on DVD.

I can, however, go for weeks at a time without watching it. As it is, I've watched it enough that I've pretty much got it all stored in my head.

I also haven't watched it in awhile, but I saw it so many times back in the day that I know it by heart anyway. Razz

They stole some things from the guests, but that was mostly just to keep the guards and everyone else distracted while Cassim went for the Oracle. I'm betting what they stole wasn't worth much, at least as not as much as the wedding gifts in the vestibule, and those weren't touched at all except for the Oracle. So I don't think he meant literally nothing, just practically nothing compared to what they could have stolen if they hadn't ignored the gifts to try to keep anyone from noticing Cassim in there. Smile
