Love at First Site? Eh, depends. I know it's physical attractiveness. yes, Love has to grow. Alot of people get it confused between love and lust.
Infatuation? that's a mighty big word. Like a crush and you can't do something about it? that's infatuation. To me it's beyond a crush thing but not love and not to a point where it's dangerous.

Lust has to do with sexual desire.

If that person is in trouble or in life threatening situation. I'm not going to just stand there and let them die. (anyways, it would apply to anybody)

And if I give all my possesions to feed the poor and if i surrender my body to be burned, but do not have love, it profits me nothing.

Love is patient. Love is kind and is not jealous; love does not brag and is not arrogant, does not act becomingly, it does not seek its own, is not provoked, does not take account a wrong suffered, does not rejoice in unrighteousness but rejoices the truth; bears all things, believes in all things, hopes in all things, endures in all things. Love never fails. -- But now faith, hope, love abide these three but the greatest of these is love.

As an older sister advice (because there are those who are younger than me and single) - Please just finish school and get your life together. Have a great career and everything. Love is a great thing! and it can get so complicated. One thing can lead to another and sooner or later you're off track achieving your dreams . Honestly, girls these days are growing up too fast. I see little girls looking like hootchie mamas and having my baby's daddy this and that. It's that poor girl is robbed from her own childhood. Don't go looking for love. Let love find you.

What the-? Who decided to change the word "charity" to "love?"

The whole thing sounds better in King James English, too.

I have that KJV in mines! And that's every word in 1Corinthians 13. Every bible has different words and configurations. NIV, NKJ, Speak out ( that's my favorite, it's a bible that looks like a magazine that makes young teen girls understand.) But all means the same.

All the same, though, I like the sound of the English spoken in the day of King James.
