I think the reviews are pretty right on. Ya, the sequels weren't on the same level but they were good in their own way. I really need to pick up the dvd's soemtime. |

Not really sure if I'm gonna buy those DVDs, especially when I have both original VHS version at home. |
I got them for my birthday back in February...is it bad that it was sort of out of necessity because my brother and I had worn out the RoJ video? |

Our lines on the original were green. The screen would randomly go black, and it still sounds like it's going to blow up when it's rewound.
We bought a new, sealed copy on eBay about...5? years ago, which lasted nicely until the DVD (FINALLY!) came out.
And yeah, the "no shirt, no shoes..." discussion...I have no more dirty remarks to add to that, but man that was funny. |

I've got the first two on VHS... Seriously, I am scared to rewind RoJ, because everytime I put it in the VCR it sounds like the film is going to snap into every second. And that's not counting when I start to play RoJ... Aladdin VHS isn't that bad. But let's just say, I am glad the DVD's came out when they did. _________________ "You're already writing the music into the songs and the music out of the songs and writing the music within the songs for dialogue and little bits of music for scenes. I didn't notice that Cassim had an Enlgish accent. Did it sound that way to anyone? _________________ "I too am a member of your species, Captain, or I was. Perhaps I am not anymore. Perhaps you are right in thinking of me as an alien. I know I am different from you. You see-I do not kill." |

Yes, since John Rys Davies voiced him.
Though for the record, he's Welsh. _________________

I should pay more attention to that when I watch the movie again. _________________ "I too am a member of your species, Captain, or I was. Perhaps I am not anymore. Perhaps you are right in thinking of me as an alien. I know I am different from you. You see-I do not kill." |
