I think CG as it was used in Aladdin and BATB ( and I think there was even a bit in The Little Mermaid with the stairs ) is alright, but all these new Pixar movies are really bugging me. They have shoddy stories and people still like them. The characters are blatantly two-dimensional ( yeah, terrible joke ) and really to me aren't as deep or easy to relate to as those in Disney's hand-drawn animated masterpieces. |

Pixar's movies and characters are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than anything Disney has come out with in the past 10 years just on stories alone before you even bring in how they were presented |

I've always loved the originality of the concepts and characters in Pixar's stories! I actually find their characters to have more dimension that some of Disney's films, and their concepts aren't redone fairy-tales.
Although I must say I do enjoy the redone fairy tales. I'm psyched for "Tangled!!!" _________________

I don't like any of the stuff Disney has come out with this decade either, but I just detest Pixar. The Princess and the Frog is the only thing I liked--it was a refreshing change. |
