Just finished downloading Aladdin and the king of thieves in Portuguese from eMule = It is called "Aladdin e os 40 ladroes" = "Aladdin and the 40 thieves"

"Party in Agrabah" and "Are you in or out?" titles in Portuguese are similar to the spanish ones.

Yeah, cause isn't Portugese and Spanish really similar in general? I know a lot of my hispanic friends whose first language is Spanish know Portugese and learn Italian really fast as well.

I know thieves in Spanish is "ladrones" because of a Shakira song Laughing

Portuguese, French, Italian and Spanish are similar to each other.

"Aladdin and the king of thieves"
French = "Aladdin et le roi des voleurs"
Spanish = "aladdin y el rey de los ladrones"
Italian = "Aladdin e il re dei ladri"
Portuguese = "Aladdin e o rey dos ladroes"/"Aladdin e o 40 ladroes"

Cool Cool . I've always wanted to learn the movie in another language so I can impress people with my bilingual knowledge and they can think I am nuts more so than I am already Laughing

They're all based on Latin. If you know some Spanish you can figure out most of the other languages. Cool

I'm taking Latin.

Here's an interesting fact: There's no word for yes in LAtin.

So when Aladdin says "Do you trust me?"

I have no idea what Jasmine would say in a Latin versian.

LOL, I've got the Spanish version memorized, but there are still some things that I can't decipher, like the line substituted for, "Not that I'd wanna pick out curtains or anything." Wink

Anyone know what that is? Confused
